Dynamic is a dedicated construction management and construction services company with five business lines to provide robust service options to government and private sector clients. Our primary focus is providing the security and resiliency communities need to prosper during and after disaster and emergency events. In addition to a robust portfolio of disaster recovery housing repair and reconstruction services, Dynamic has provided critical emergency response operations, including the building of COVID-19 alternative sites, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Operation Blue Roof missions, and debris removal and management.

Dynamic has over 20 years of diverse experience specializing in government construction, project management and disaster recovery services with an emphasis on heavy/civil construction, storm-related recovery and immediate response efforts. Dynamic has performed construction and project management-related duties in response to Hurricanes Laura, Delta, Katrina, Gustav, Ike, Sandy, Laura, Delta and Ida, and the 2016 great flood in Louisiana. Our strategic management approach, in-depth understanding of working alongside government entities, and extensive experience implementing FEMA-funded projects set Dynamic apart as a proven leader in disaster recovery and response.

Dynamic has served federal, state, and local municipal governments with various construction and disaster recovery services including debris removal services, sand and silt removal and processing, drainage and maintenance, dredging, grubbing services, single-family housing construction, roadway construction and clearing, and extensive project and construction management services. Additionally, Dynamic has performed environmental services for lead-based paint testing and assessments on over 3,000+ homes in the Louisiana area as part of its scope as a prime contractor for the Restore Louisiana program.

Joshua P. McCoy, the CEO and Founder of Dynamic Construction Group, LLC is a proven business executive with more than 20 years of construction and disaster recovery experience. He demonstrates a solid track record of leadership in transforming businesses, with a focus on strategic planning, operational excellence, process improvement, and change management.
