Melissa S. Cohn, OTR/L, FAOTA is the founder, President/CEO of Dynamic Group. Dynamic Group provides services to the healthcare industry through her two companies, Dynamic Healthcare Solutions, Inc .providing healthcare consulting and Dynamic Learning Online, Inc. providing E-Learning for healthcare professionals

With over thirty years of experience in healthcare business, management and rehabilitation, Ms. Cohn’s consulting firm, Dynamic Healthcare Solutions, Inc. specializes in all aspects of “the business” of rehabilitation. Services are offered within rehab out patient facilities, private practices, hospitals, long-term care facilities and school systems nationwide.

Specific services include; business operations assessment and development, strategic planning, management training, compliance, coding and billing issues, as well as merger acquisition assistance.

Ms. Cohn was nominated and received the AOTA honor of a Fellow of Occupational Therapy at the 2006 conference. Melissa has published several articles and co-authored several book. From August 2006 –November 2009 she served as the Executive Director for NARA, National Association of Rehabilitation Providers and Agencies, an organization that represents and supports rehabilitation practices nationally with a focus on legislation and running a rehab business from a clinically and operationally perspective in a challenging environment.

Ellen Lichtenberger

Office Administration

Ellen joined the Dynamic team in February 2008 with a background in accounting and systems analysis.  Her expertise in business/fiscal operations is the foundation she applies to the daily operational functions of Dynamic, including; website management, technical support, customer service to our Dynamic students and corporate clients, instructors and our key dynamic team members as well as financial accounting providing all this with in a total quality management framework.

Brenda Gordillo

Continuing Education Coordinator & Special Projects

Brenda, one of our seasoned members of our team has been with Dynamic since March 2004. Her background in accounting and attention to details has been a perfect match for monitoring the entire continuing education process for our national and state submittals of our numerous course offerings.
