| Instructors Susan Weiss OTR/L, CHT received her degree in Occupational Therapy from University of Florida in 1990 and her certification in Hand Therapy in 1996. She is co-founder of Exploring Hand Therapy, Co. and co-published "Hand Rehabilitation: A Quick Reference Guide and Review" published by Mosby. She has co-authored multiple articles presented at the Florida Hand Society and has been an instructor of Hillsborough Community College's OT Assistant Program. She won "BEST SCIENTIFIC PAPER" at the annual 1999 ASHT meeting. She recently was honored with a grant from the American Association of Hand Surgery to expand on research which was published in the Journal Of Hand Therapy, June-July 2000. At the 23rd annual ASHT meeting, Susan received three awards
including, Best Scientific Paper, Writer's Award 2000, and
the Petzoldt Award. |
