Gary A. Morse has more than thirty years of managerial experience in hospital, outpatient, nursing home, home care, and mental health settings, nine of which involved therapists in medical rehabilitation. His extensive experience as a consultant, coach, trainer, author, columnist, and administrator has taken him throughout the United States for presentations on management, team-building, and personal achievement. His book, “Therapist as Supervisor and Coach”, released in 1998 by Butterworth-Heinemann, has received critical acclaim from Physical, Occupational, and Speech/Language Therapists worldwide. Gary is currently Director of Rehabilitation Services for the Penrose-St. Francis Health System.

With formal training as an Organizational Psychologist, Gary has focused on integrated work lifestyles and employee motivation strategies in much of his writing and consulting. In addition to industry workshops, Gary has taught at every level of higher education, including community/state colleges and universities.
