| Instructor Marcia Mueller, President of Corporate Performance Solutions, Inc, has over thirteen years of experience in the fields of Human Resources, Training, and Organizational Development. Through her consulting services, Marcie provides customized Executive and Management training programs in the areas of leadership, communication skills, supervisory skills, and group development. Companies also call upon Marcie to lead informative and energized sessions for management conferences and executive retreats. In addition, Marcie aids companies in implementing and evaluating their human resources programs. The author holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development
and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Prior
to consulting, Marcie has managed human resource and organizational
behavior activities in both union and non union environments and
