Instructors Nancy Falkenstein, OTR/L, CHT received her degree in Occupational Therapy from Medical University of South Carolina in 1990 and her Certification in Hand Therapy in 1996. She is co-founder of Exploring Hand Therapy, Co. and has recently co-authored "Hand Rehabilitation: A Quick Reference Guide and Review”,published by Mosby. She is currently clinical coordinator of Occupational Therapy at the Palms of Pasadena Hospital Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center St. Petersburg, Florida. Nancy is a national speaker on hand and upper extremity pathologies. As a leading therapist in her field she provides consulting to corporations and local businesses in the field of cumulative trauma and ergonomics. She has been a guest lecture at Hillsborough Community College in the area of splinting design and fabrication.
