Pat D'Urso has a B.S. from State University of New York at Cortland, an MMBA from Penn State University, and a Ph.D. from the University of South Florida. All degrees are in the human resources, organizational development area. The Ph.D. is in adult education with a cognate in research and measurement (statistics). In addition, she has certifications in management supervision from Cornell University, Good Manufacturing Practices from the GMP Institute, and several training and development trainer certifications. She has taught for several major university systems. She was a senior HR manager at Bausch and Lomb Pharmaceuticals for over 7 years and has been in pharmaceutical HR/training and development consulting for the past 10 years, providing regulatory and compliance consulting for pharmaceutical organizations, and more generally human resource/organizational developmental training for large and small organizations and agencies. She has several contracts with major pharmaceutical companies.

Pat’s primary responsibility with the University of Phoenix, Tampa campus is Campus College Chair of the College of Graduate Business and Management.
