Instructor
Lori T. Andersen, EdD, OTR/L, FAOTA, has more than twenty years
of experience as an occupational therapist. She has more than
15 years of clinical experience in acute care settings, rehabilitation
hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and home health. Additionally,
she has more than nine years of experience in academia, having
taught in the occupational therapy programs at Nova Southeastern
University, Barry University, and Florida International University.
Lori has authored/co-authored three courses for Dynamic Learning
Online - "Treating the Patient with Hemiplegic Shoulder
Pain", "E-Learning for Healthcare Practitioners",
and "Guardianship of Elderly Wards: Understanding the
Issues for Effective Caregiving." Lori received her Master
of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the Medical
College of Virginia and her Doctorate in Education from Nova
Southeastern University. |
